• Bills are payment outside of rent for services such as electric, gas, water, or internet usage.

• Usually people who rents a house has a non-inclusive bills.

• Most student accommodation, flat, and studios has an all-inclusive bill included in the rent.

• Types of bills based on the provider:

  • All-inclusive

  • Not inclusive, based on meter readings

Tips in Finding Accommodation

• Take care of the bills before the start of the rent date.

• Give all the information that the energy provider asks.

• Don’t be late to pay the bill! You might get a penalty.

• They may give you the penalty at the end of the contract.

• Make sure to communicate with them if you have any troubles!
