D - Day

Day of departure

• Separate items that will be used during the trip in a separate bag from the luggage. Because during transit, it is not possible to retrieve items in the aircraft luggage.

• Be sure to bring an empty water bottle to be filled at the water-tap at the airport

• For the first 2-3 days, use your Indonesian data roaming sim-card for communication and navigation.

• UK SIM-Cards can be purchased at most convenience stores or supermarkets at affordable prices. Or you can activate the free sim-card you received when you applied for your visa.

• Make sure to bring a data cable with USB-A end for charging electronic devices on the plane or airport

• Bring a separate folder to store important documents so that they are not crumpled, messy, or torn

• Use contactless visa debit cards (e.g. Jenius/Wise/Blu by BCA) for transactions during the trip
