eVisa
For those staying inside the UK for more than 6 months, the BRP card (Biometric Residence Permit) is no longer used and it is replaced by the eVisa. To access the eVisa, you'll have to register and make a UKVI account which are all outlined in the gov.uk website:
GP
A general practitioner (GP) treats common medical conditions and refers patients to hospitals for urgent treatment. You should register with an NHS GP within weeks of arrival, or choose a local GP or university health center. No charge, just identity proof.
KBRI
Indonesian citizens residing abroad are required to report their presence, move, address changes, residence permit status, and other important details to the local government or Indonesian representative. Lapor Diri helps protect citizens in the UK/Ireland, ensures election registration, and facilitates immigration and consular services at the Indonesian Embassy in London.

Insurance Number
When you apply for a part-time job (in-campus, off-campus, full-time, internship, placement), they will ask for an NI (National Insurance Number) for the tax process (Income Tax). Make sure to apply well in advance because it takes a long time to process. The NI should be displayed in your eVisa, if not you can apply through this link:
For UoB Students
The University of Birmingham requires all international students to complete the RTS (Right to Study) by filling out a form.
The required documents are usually: Passport, Visa, Boarding Pass / Border Stamp. You can submit it online through this website:
